About Marcello

Marcello Passante is a graduate student in the MBA program at Long Island University, where he previously earned his B.S. in Accounting as Valedictorian of the Class of 2025. During his undergraduate years, Marcello balanced his rigorous academics with leadership roles in Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity, the Accounting Society, and professional experience, including an audit internship with KPMG. Although he has always aspired to join the Student Government Association, Marcello devoted his time to excelling in his studies, work/internships, and campus leadership positions. Now, with those experiences shaping his perspective, he is eager to represent his peers as a Senator. Marcello is passionate about strengthening student engagement and ensuring that every student's voice is heard in decisions that shape campus life. He believes in collaboration, transparency, and leading by example. Marcello is committed to working with his community to create meaningful opportunities that enhance the LIU experience for all students.
