3. CURRENT PHASE: After fulfilling the signature requirement, you will be placed on the ballot and can campaign to gather votes during the campaigning and election period.
Election & Campaigning Period:
April 17th 9AM to April 18th 11:59PM
Announcement of Winners:
April 22nd 9AM
4. If you get elected to your position, you have an obligation to be at the weekly SGA General Body Meetings as well as weekly Committee Meetings of the committee you are assigned.
The first meeting you will be required to attend post-election is: Thursday April 24th 5PM in Hillwood Gold Coast Cinema
This meeting and 1 more subsequent meeting will serve as a transition period for both the current and future SGA General Body.

The first thing all prospective candidates must fill out is the Election Packet.

President (Must have 1 Year of SGA E-Board Experience)
Vice President (Must have 1 Year of SGA Experience)
Senate Advisor (Must have 1 Year of SGA Experience)
Secretary (Must have 1 Semester of SGA Experience)
Treasurer (Must have 1 Year of SGA Experience & Have Taken 2 Finance Courses)
Parliamentarian (Must have 1 Semester of SGA Experience)

2. After filling out the Election Packet, prospective candidates must receive petition signatures as listed below in order to be placed on the ballot. You will receive a direct link that students can fill out for your signatures.
The positions of President & VP require 50 signatures to be placed on the ballot.
The positions of Senate Advisor, Secretary, Treasurer, & Parliamentarian require 25 signatures to be placed on the ballot.
The position of Class President requires 20 signatures to be placed on the ballot.
The position of Senator requires 15 signatures to be placed on the ballot.
