About Gina

Gina Proviano serves as the Speaker of the House of Representatives in Long Island University’s Student Government, where she advocates for the student body and ensures their voices are heard. A Senior Health Science major, she is also the captain of the women’s soccer team, leading her teammates both on and off the field. In addition, Gina serves as the SAAC Female Representative for Long Island University in the Northeast Conference, advocating for the needs of student-athletes. Through all her roles, Gina is committed to making a positive impact and representing both the student body and athletes in every capacity.
