About Denis

Denis Yoshuvayev is a freshman majoring in Political Science and who is running for Senator. He is very passionate about service to others and has been for many years now, even serving as Student Government President and many other positions prior to college. He fought every day to have student's voices heard at all levels, and wants to continue this service at the Post Campus. He helped to organize fundraisers, food drives for the holidays, and helped to unify the student body during events. Now at college, Denis wishes to build that same community at LIU. He wants to meet with students frequently with fellow SGA members to hear what it is they want for their school. Denis also wants to energize campus life through events that celebrate our diversity, build pride, and foster connection. He is excited to collaborate with other student government members and the students to help make the LIU campus the place to be and the school all are proud to attend!For leadership that will work to listen and engage, vote Denis Yoshuvayev for Senator!
